Audrey believes yoga is as much about the emotional and mental benefits of presence and awareness, as it is the physical benefits. Through meditation, pranayama, and mindful asanas she builds her classes so students can learn to integrate the mind, body, and spirit. Her goal is to create a comfortable environment for students of all abilities to practice. Each body is unique and may need different movements. Each yoga class is meant to bring a sense of mindfulness and ease so it can be carried off the mat into everyday life.

Teaching yoga is Elise's passion. She strives to meet people wherever they are in their practice, offers modifications to make yoga poses more accessible as well to advance and elevate postures. Elise encourages practitioners to be aware of their breath and listen to their bodies. She loves to see her class making different choices to be able to best suit their individual bodies.
