Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Jay focuses on providing a safe and positive training environment that encourages, challenges, and motivates every individual. His mission is to ensure that Fit 2 provides a welcoming, inclusive space to build our fitness community so everyone can achieve their goals.

Jay likes to help clients build confidence in their movements and educates them on how each exercise translates to their daily routines. He likes to utilize functional movements and range of motion exercises with his clients to achieve their fitness goals.

NICHOLAS CLIVIO

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Nick specializes in strength training and loves helping beginners discover the power of lifting and getting stronger. His focus is on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where anyone can feel comfortable starting their fitness journey while also challenging his clients to get better every session. He works to ensure his clients achieve their goals in a balanced, sustainable way. Whether you're new to strength training or have been training for years and are looking to improve your technique or learn something new about Exercise Science, Nick is here to guide you every step of the way.

AUDREY MERCADANTE

Yoga Instructor

  • Yoga Flow and Restorative Yoga

  • Improving Mobility, Strength, and Flexibility

Philosophy on Yoga & Life:

Audrey started teaching yoga in 2023 and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years. Her practice had such a profound impact on her well-being, she wanted to be able to share it with others. Her approach to yoga is the same as her approach to all things: stay curious and open.

 

Audrey believes yoga is as much about the emotional and mental benefits of presence and awareness, as it is the physical benefits. Through meditation, pranayama, and mindful asanas she builds her classes so students can learn to integrate the mind, body, and spirit. Her goal is to create a comfortable environment for students of all abilities to practice. Each body is unique and may need different movements. Each yoga class is meant to bring a sense of mindfulness and ease so it can be carried off the mat into everyday life.

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

​Elisa’s philosophy for fitness and life is that exercise is the key to healthy movement, longevity, and happiness.  As a spinning instructor, former college athlete, and weightlifter, she believes in finding joy in movement.  After moving to Australia, Elisa’s passion for fitness deepened as she embraced the vibrant culture of group fitness, swimming, and outdoor exercise. Whether on the bike, the track, or in the ocean, she believes in challenging boundaries, focusing on growth, and having fun!

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Clara is a passionate spinning instructor with a lifelong love for movement and the empowering rush of endorphins that exercise brings. As a former competitive figure skater, she appreciates the mental and physical strength that training and pushing beyond comfort zones can bring. Her music-driven classes are built to energize, challenge, and uplift. Her goal is to help every rider tap into their inner athlete and leave class feeling stronger, accomplished, and mentally refreshed.

BRITNEY WILLINGHAM

  • Yoga Certification

Philosophy on Fitness & Life:

Britney is a seasoned instructor who designs classes that nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She’s had the pleasure of training and teaching in many studios throughout New England and holds certifications in Pilates, Barre and Yoga.

Understanding that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating; Britney takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all. She loves meeting new faces and is passionate about empowering her students to build confidence and embrace their unique fitness journeys.
